He’s right as always.

He’s right but CBS will fold.

Why would you say that?

CBS should follow sanders advice & then if 47 Blocks the merger CBS should sue 47. He is not immune from the law for bringing fake lawsuits against corporate media to make money. What did he do with the money ABC paid him? what does it show? Where did he deposit it. Track the money from those who already caved to find ou what is going on.

Blessed Bernie: He is 100% correct, Dictator wanna-be will demand more; gag orders, prior review, censorship…we will be even more uninformed!

He’s right! CBS is crazy if it caves in. They might as well let Trump write the CBS evening news if they give in to his demands. Is this the kind of news media we want?

Of course not. I doubt the Germans wanted the propaganda bureau either.

The Senator is right, but that and $5 will get you a small latte at Starbucks.

Paramount - which will die without the merger - is merging with Skydance Media, owned by wannabe-mogul David Ellison, son of multi-billionaire Larry "MAGA to the core" Ellison. They see settling as "the cost of business." It is rightly seen as a bribe, but bribes aren't that rare in their world. As someone who has been here in Okeefenokee West for 45 years now, I can assure you that the Masters of the Universe here have never had any problem knuckling under to fascist fuckwits. The Founders had no problem in the 1930s dealing with Hitler and keeping their mouths shut, even after Kirstallnacht, because of their extensive investments in the German film industry and their theater chains there. Louis B. Mayer accused Jack Warner of "harming us" when Warner released the first openly anti-Nazi film, "I Was A Nazi Spy" in the wake of Kristallnacht. In 1940, Mayer led a Hollywood coalition to try and buy "The Great Dictator" from Charlie Chaplin because they didn't want to "upset" Adenoid Hynkel, er, I mean Herr Paperhanger.

Mayer was the guy who organized - and enforced - The Hollywood Blacklist after HUAC came to town with the Hollywood Ten.

So no, I have no faith at all that anything Bernie says to Larry will have the slightest effect. (which is why I am glad I write books now rather than movies)

A history lesson delivered at the right time and place. Thank you! I, too, have no faith that the big money people will do the right things when they’re confronted with pressure from the orange Petri dish product.

I hope they listen to him, but doubt they will.... sounds like they have already sold out.

Bernie is right. Besides, what guarantee does CBS, or anyone, have that trump will give them what they want, once he gets what he wants? His word is garbage.

Say NO to trump!

The cowardice being exposed is just beyond disappointing. Trump would not survive discovery, when it comes to edited remarks, he's made.

I agree! Totally, the White House bully is pulling out all the stops in his last term of cruelty!
