This is my home. These are my cities. Those involved are my neighbors. Hooray for the resistance and even more for the compassion.

However stay tuned to see if this and the University of California student lawsuit against Elon Musk accessing their data in the Education Dept are even covered in local news. Certainly the corporate national news has not covered any lawsuits filed. TRO’s and injunctions seem to appear out of mid air.

You said it best but I echo what you said. So proud of Santa Clara County and Portland and all the cities standing up against abuse of power.

If we don't stand up Trump will do whatever he wants, including becoming emperor for life. And that is exactly what he wants. In the interim he wrecking our nation, and scapegoating immigrants as cause of all America's problems. He expects to our towns, cities, our counties, our states to cooperate. California is resisting, so must all the other blue states. I proud to say that this is my state, and proud that our state is multicultural.

He lost 80% of the lawsuits during his first term. Four times as many will be filed this time and he'll still lose 80% of them, maybe more. These judges are p*issed off. I'm all in for these lawsuits

I'm in Portland and they've already stopped funding for programs that help eligible immigrants apply for citizenship. This admin. has vowed to go after sanctuary cities like mine. They won't get away with it. It's up to all of us to fight back.

Why are we boycotting their food? They are not our enemies. We need to keep our neighbors close. Trump is the enemy. I don’t blame them from not wanting to travel here now. Too much chaos and unknowns coming from DC. Always unpredictable. Cant trust the guy.

This administration is the worst Republican administration in my lifetime time which goes back to Richard Nixon

We thought the same back during Nixon. Then Reagan, then Bush 2. We survived because the guard rails in place worked. There were real Repubs then not maga crazies. A different ball game now but we see what they’re doing and we have a great resistance going. We have power in our numbers and in the laws and constitution. We have a rogue group who want to change the country in their vain. We may lose a few battles but we will win the war.

Getting ahold of people’s social security numbers is identity theft and having asses to peoples Medicare and Medicaid records is a violation of HiPPA which is a felony.

So why are republicans looking the other way while these and other crimes being committed ?

And why isn’t the justice department and others investigating these possible crimes?

As for accountability presidents should also be held accountable for any actions the are against the rule ?

Now if he were on a horse leading people…the troops

into battle I could see accountability not being enforced.

But he’s not and therefore needs to be held accountable.
