Since Chumpy is too stupid to understand how to shut down govt. agencies the proper way (or that it would require a large support and votes in favor to do), his recent antics concerning the Dept. of Education are bound to be next on the list of lawsuits and judges saying, "No, Donnie, you dummy! It don't work like that. Put the Dept. of Education down, right now!".
Donnie thinks Executive Orders are infallible Kingly proclamations to do whatever he wants but they aren't and they can't be used for everything. Most are about as legal as a proclamation by an 8 year old pretending to be Emperor Palpatine in the backyard with friends.
WHY is Trump able to do so much obvious damage and not be brought up on charges? He breaks our laws every single day! His calling in his financial benefactor, Musk. and giving him total access to everything in Washington is obviously wrong! So, because those in political power are afraid to really test Trump to see if he will actually become a dictator, he is allowed to destroy billions of dollars (taxpayer dollars, every single one!) and along with it the system of checks and balances, laws and traditions that have worked for our country for two and a half centuries.
Well, that’s what Congress is supposed to be doing. It appears that Krasnov has neutered the R senators and representatives, so, crickets from them. There are a few, but too few, D’s loudly protesting. We need to exhort the silent ones to meaningful action. And we also need to call, mail, email our Congresspersons, reiterating what they need to do.
Thank God for all the Judge Hollanders in our judiciary!! With their help and dedication to the Rule of Law and the Constitution we can stifle the lawless ransacking of our government, social safety net programs and agencies that a majority of us contribute to, pay for and depend on in our daily lives!! Long live the rule of law and our democratic republic. We"re fighting for it AGAIN and WE THE PEOPLE will win!! 🇱🇷
