Trump, if he wasn’t president, could get 90 days in prison for passing off his fake Hurricane Dorian Forecast as real.
Trump broke the law when he whipped out his Sharpie and changed the Hurricane Dorian forecast:
It is a violation of federal law to falsify a National Weather Service forecast and pass it off as official, as President Trump did here.

The law that Trump broke states, “Whoever knowingly issues or publishes any counterfeit weather forecast or warning of weather conditions falsely representing such forecast or warning to have been issued or published by the Weather Bureau, United States Signal Service, or other branch of the Government service, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.”
Trump knowingly passed off a fake National Weather Service forecast as real. It doesn’t matter who made the circle on the map. Trump tried to pass off his adjusted storm path as real so that he wouldn’t have to admit that he got it wrong on Twitter.
All of these crimes and constant chaos are adding up to be the main reason why Donald Trump is on track to be given the boot from the White House in 2020.
The president can’t be trusted to give an accurate update on the weather, and that is reason enough to vote him out in 2020.
