Stephen Moore withdrew his name from consideration for a seat on Federal Reserve Board, and the letter that he sent Trump was full of delusions.
Moore’s letter fed Trump’s Delusions
Here is the letter:
Republicans are collectively living under the delusion that the economy is booming and that there is prosperity as far as the eye can see. The reality is that Trump’s booming economy is great for the stock market, rich people, and corporations, but it not so wonderful if you are anyone else. Having a job is not the same as being prosperous, and most Americans aren’t invested in the stock market.
There is a reason why Trump’s approval ratings are so low, and that is that Trump hasn’t helped the vast majority of working people.
Trump lives in a bubble of lies and delusion that according to James Comey eats the souls of the people who are around him.
The 3% to 4% growth that Moore predicted is never going to happen. The Trump economy is slowing, and the president’s effort to pack the Fed with people who keep the illusion of prosperity going by continuing to fuel the economic bubble is now zero for two.
The Trump cult believes that everything is fine and they are serving as an echo chamber that reinforces this president’s delusions every single day.
