Ben Carson Announces That He Is Bailing On Trump

HUD Secretary Ben Carson announced that he will be leaving the Trump administration at the end of Trump’s first term.

Carson told Newsmax, “I will certainly finish out this term. I would be interested in returning to the private sector because I think you have just as much influence, maybe more, there.”

Ben Carson has been exactly what any sane person would expect from an unqualified Trump loyalist as HUD Secretary.

Sone of Carson’s ideas include slashing housing assistance for the most economically distraught Americans , and a plan to force the elderly and disabled to work in exchange for their housing assistance. Carson has also tried to hike the subsidized rents of the poorest Americans.

Not even including the $31,000 dining set that Carson tried to order for his office and only canceled after an immense public backlash, Ben Carson has been one of the poster children for Trump administration pillaging of the Treasury while harming the people that you are supposed to be serving.

Ben Carson is leaving the Trump administration after Trump’s first term, and so too hopefully is Donald Trump.
