House Democrats were already looking at Ivanka Trump’s email use, and once they take power, they have announced that she will not get a free pass.
Manu Raju of CNN tweeted:
House Dems not going to give Ivanka a pass. House Oversight had already been looking into use of private email in the WH and will continue the investigation in the new Congress, aide told me. The goal: To determine whether Ivanka and others complied with the law

Democrats will investigate Ivanka Trump for breaking the law
From Raju’s reporting, it is easy to see that Democrats are going to do a full investigation into email usage by this administration.
It doesn’t take much digging to find what Ivanka Trump was trying to keep off of the books:
Ivanka made $3.9 million from the family's DC hotel in 2017 — the hotel that is supposed to remit profits to the Treasury, hosts foreign diplomats, and which is the target of lawsuits alleging POTUS is violating emoluments provisions of the Constitution https://t.co/gR0sYIxpMH

The Trump family has a massive maze of conflict and corruption that has interwoven their financial interests with the Executive Branch of the United States government. The odds are that there is much more to the story than the illegal use of email. The other shoe yet to drop is what they are using private email for. Ivanka Trump was trying to hide her activities from public disclosure, and once the House Democrats start digging around, they are probably going to find much more than violations of the Presidential Records Act.
Ivanka Trump’s days are likely numbered in this White House. If Trump has to choose between his daughter and his reelection campaign, Ivanka and Jared better start planning to head back to New York.
