The Stacey Abrams campaign announced that they are filing a lawsuit today to force Brian Kemp to count all of the votes in Georgia.
Greg Bluestein of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported:
Lauren Groh-Wargo and the rest of the @staceyabrams legal team demand more information from @BrianKempGA of remaining outstanding ballots. “This is all public information … and they need to release it all.” #gapol pic.twitter.com/JKexo2xy5A

Says Groh-Wargo: “He owes voters an explanation. We need to see lists, we need to see counts of every single vote. We need to see all the military provisional numbers. They all need to be counted. We do not believe any of these numbers are credible.” #gapol

Even as Brian Kemp is trying to transition himself into power, Stacey Abrams is continuing to fight to make sure that every vote is counted. Unlike Democrats in the past who have found themselves in this same situation, Abrams isn’t giving up and walking away. New ballots are being found every day. Kemp is only a little more than 25,000 above the threshold for a runoff, and Abrams has a duty to her campaign, her supporters, democracy, and the people of Georgia to fight to make sure that every single ballot is counted.
