GOP Fundraiser Accused of Forcing Mistress To Have Abortion

Elliott Broidy, a leading GOP fundraiser, is being sued by his former mistress who claims that he coerced her into having an abortion after getting her pregnant. Bloomberg reported on Friday that Broidy lost a court battle that would have prevented the public from learning about the lawsuit.

Details of the lawsuit are sensational, and this is why Broidy was desperate to keep the public from knowing about it. The details concern his relationship with former Playboy model Shera Bechard.

“Former Playboy model alleges Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy sexually assaulted her, lied to her about an STD, refused to use birth control, and coerced her into an abortion”

Stormy Daniels lawyer Michael Avenatti was involved in the case and tweeted:

“I am very pleased that the court agreed with our position (and that of the media) this morning and ordered the complaint in the Broidy matter unsealed. @PeterStris and Broidy should have never attempted to hide it from the public in the first place.”

According to Bloomberg,

Broidy is accused by Bechard in the lawsuit of breaching an agreement to pay her $1.6 million to keep quiet about their affair. The hush payment deal was negotiated on Broidy’s behalf by Michael Cohen, Donald Trump’s longtime personal lawyer and fixer who pleaded guilty last month to campaign finance violations related to payments to Stephanie Clifford, the adult movie star known as Stormy Daniels.”

The ruling Friday allows Bechard’s claims to be made public over Broidy’s objections.

Bechard’s claims against Broidy include that he refused to wear condoms and didn’t disclose to her that he had genital herpes until years after their sexual relationship. She also claims that Broidy “began hurting her during their sexual activities, and pushed her to drink excessively so that she would be more compliant toward his physical abuse.”

Bechard also claims that Broidy told her that he admired Donald Trump for his “uncanny ability to sexually abuse women and get away with it.”

Broidy’s resigned as deputy finance chairman of the Republican National Committee in April when his payments to Bechard were disclosed.

In addition to his perverted sex habits Broidy is involved with other shady dealings. We reported in May that Broidy was involved with “the mysterious Lebanese businessman named George Nader” in coordinating between foreign countries and the Trump presidential campaign in 2016.

In August we reported thatThere is substantial evidence that Broidy’s extensive lobbying work for Arab governments opposed to Qatar led to Ron DeSantis’ possibly illegal actions as a Congressman attempting to harm that small Arab nation.”  DeSantis is now the GOP nominee for governor in Florida.

There may be deeper ties between Donald Trump and Broidy also. In July we reported that Michael Avenatti was claiming that Trump had been involved with more women than had been previously reported. We wrote at the time:

“Avenatti has said before that there was a pregnancy involved in the Cohen/Trump coverups. He also has indirectly implied that it was Donald Trump, and not former GOP fundraiser Elliott Broidy who got another woman — Shera Bechard — pregnant, and that’s why Cohen was involved paying her hush money. “

We don’t know for sure what happened, or if Trump was involved with Bechard also. But we do know that Broidy is desperate to keep details of the lawsuit away from the public, and that Michael Avenatti is fighting for the public’s right to know the truth. Since Avenatti just won the most recent court battle, it appears that the truth might indeed come out, and it will not be good for Donald Trump.
