Even though the White House tried to chain Trump to prepared remarks after the summit disaster, Trump took a Sharpie and wrote in giant black letters, “THERE WAS NO COLLUSION.”
Here is a picture of what Trump scribbled over his own remarks:

Even when the White House tries to chain Trump to a script to make him sound like a president, Trump scribbles over their script and goes out in front of the television cameras and makes up his own script. At least Trump is consistent. He tweets no collision in all caps at least three times a week, so it is verification that he also writes in all caps on his written remarks.
Trump is totally out of control.
The White House tried to do damage control, but Trump blew it up. The photograph of his scribbling is proof that he is obsessed with the Russia scandal, and he is also his own worst enemy. The President Of The United States has sold his country out to Russia, and only people with the power to stop him are those outside of the White House.
