Stormy Daniels and her lawyer Michael Avenatti have proven that they are as adept as Donald Trump at generating media stories and staying in the public eye. The porn star’s latest gambit is her upcoming interview and photo spread in the May issue of Penthouse Magazine.
Previews of the interview have been leaked to certain members of the media, and perhaps the most intriguing comment she makes concerns her ongoing battles with Donald Trump and his attorney-fixer Michael Cohen.
Referring to her allegation that she was threatened by an unnamed man who may be connected to Trump and Cohen, Daniels says, “I don’t have shame. You can’t bully me.” She also makes the stunning announcement that if she wins her case she will donate the $130,000 to Planned Parenthood in Cohen and Trump’s names.
(This is some more welcome news for Planned Parenthood, which has been under constant attack by Republicans for years. Just yesterday the woman’s health group won a federal court case in Ohio which said that the state there could not legally block their funding.)
The May Penthouse, to be released on May 8th, will feature Stormy on the cover in addition to the interview and the photo spread on the inside pages. The magazine headline will call Daniels the “Penthouse Pet of the Century” and the sub-headline will read “Getting Intimate with the Most Wanted Woman in America.”
“We are really excited to have Stormy back on the cover of the magazine,” said Kelly Holland, CEO and owner of Penthouse. “She was a Penthouse Pet back in 2007, so we have a history with Stormy, and she has a good relationship with us.”
Reports are that in her interview Daniels “talks about everything” including intimate details of her affair with President Donald Trump. Apparently it will include some juicy items that were left out of her 60 Minutes interview, which is not surprising given that Penthouse is not exactly a family magazine and is known for publishing sexually explicit material.
“It was great working with Stormy for this issue, and the pictures are beautiful,” said Mish Barber-Way, executive editor of Penthouse. “In the feature article she talked to us about her incident with the president. It also really gets to the heart of who Stormy is, and we reveal another side of her.”
This latest news about Daniels comes a day after her attorney Michael Avenatti announced he may be suing Donald Trump personally for defamation. After Daniels released a composite sketch of the man she says threatened her in a parking lot years ago, Trump tweeted “A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!”

Then Avenatti tweeted back, “In my experience, there is nothing better in litigation than having a completely unhinged, undisciplined opponent who is prone to shooting himself in the foot. Always leads to BIGLY problems…like new claims (i.e. defamation). LOL.”

The media battle between Trump/Cohen and Daniels/Avenatti continues, and it seems that the porn star and her lawyer have gained the upper hand.
