A photo of the 2018 Spring White House intern class was uploaded to the official White House website on Friday, and as one would expect from the Trump Administration, nearly every person in the photo chosen for the program is white.
Trump is seen standing in the middle of the 91-member class, surrounded by a sea of white faces.
One has to squint and zoom into the photo to find any people of color. The two most easily spotted are a young black man sitting all the way to the left in the first row and a brown woman standing behind him. Though a couple of others might possibly be non-white, the photo released isn’t large enough to allow for a definitive call.
Inevitably, Trump and the White House were immediately slammed on social media for the lack of diversity. Many also pointed out the stark difference between this group of interns and those photographed during President Obama’s terms in office.
The Trump White House interns could be the whitest group I’ve ever encountered.

It doesn’t matter how many times a scumbag denies being an overt racist, Nazi-White Supremacist when the proof is constantly in the tapioca pudding. pic.twitter.com/cAaiptusyq

Trump's Latest Intern Class, Vs. Obama's. Note anything odd here?
FYI: Half of millennials in America are people of color… pic.twitter.com/nIttwrnG25

At this point, Trump and the rest of his staff should just drop the denials of the administration’s racism. It somehow manages to continue getting more embarrassing by the day.
