MSNBC’s Ari Melber highlighted the case of Summer Zervos who is suing Trump for defamation after he called her a liar when accused him of sexual assault.

A former contestent The Apprentice, Summer Zervos accused Trump of kissing her and grabbing her breast. After Trump called Zervos a liar, she sued him, and her lawyers subpoenaed the Trump campaign for all documents about any woman who accused Trump of touching them inappropriately.

Russia is rightly dominating the Trump scandal headlines, but the scandal flying under the radar involves the accusations of sexual assault against the President. There is a reason why Trump is floating a conspiracy theory that it is not really his voice on the Access Hollywood tape. Trump sees other men like himself losing everything each day because of their behavior towards women.

Trump has a lot of skeletons buried in his closet, but the one that could do the swiftest and most immediate damage to him is a defamation lawsuit that very few are discussing.
