Donald Trump has postponed his scheduled Friday morning announcement of his running mate after it is being reported that 70 people have been killed in a truck attack in Nice, France.
Trump tweeted:
In light of the horrible attack in Nice, France, I have postponed tomorrow's news conference concerning my Vice Presidential announcement.

As the tragedy is unfolding in Nice, it is expected that more announcements of cancellations of events in the United States will come in.
At this time, it is being reported that the death toll has risen to 70 after a man intentionally drove a truck into a Bastille Day celebration.
Il s'agit du pire drame de l'histoire de Nice car plus de 70 victimes sont déjà à déplorer.

Obviously, canceling the announcement, and all other political activities is the right thing to do. The Nice attack is already the worst truck attack of its kind in years, and with at least 100 persons injured, the death toll is expected to continue to rise.
