Out of all the investigations that House Democrats could conduct the one that has the most public evidence as well as bombshell factor are the felonies that Trump has already been connected to regarding the cover-up of his affairs during the 2016 election. The Wall Street Journal reported that prosecutors have evidence that Trump was involved in the planning and execution of the criminal cover-up.
This is the one area where impeachable offenses already exist. Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen, Karen McDougal, and David Pecker could all be hauled before Congress to detail the president’s crimes.
The Russia scandal is the biggest threat to US democracy, but the Stormy Daniels scandal is an even bigger immediate threat to Trump‘s presidency.
