During interviews on CNN and MSNBC, Hillary Clinton demonstrated how a real potential president tackles the important issues.
Clinton was asked by CNN’s Wolf Blitzer why she believed that she would be better suited in handling the racial divide in America than Donald Trump.
She answered:
And I will call for white people like myself to put ourselves in the shoes of those African-American families who have to fear every time their children go somewhere, who have to have the talk about how to really protect themselves when they’re the ones who should be expecting protection from encounters with the police.
I am going to be talking to white people. I think we’re the ones that have to start listening to legitimate cries that are coming from our African-American fellow citizens, and we have so much more to be done, and we’ve got to get about the business of doing it. We can’t be engaging in hateful rhetoric or incitement of violence. We need to be bringing people together.
During her interview with MSNBC, Clinton talked about implicit bias:

After listing some problem areas that need to be tackled, Clinton said, “We also have to be honest in facing implicit bias that unfortunately I think all of us may still have.”
Former Sec. Clinton also said that she wants white people understand how African-Americans feel every day:

Clinton’s interviews on CNN and MSNBC demonstrated that she not only understands all sides of the racial divide in this country, but she is committed to bringing the country together.
Hillary Clinton is behaving like a president, while Donald Trump is acting like his three-ring reality television circus is fit for the White House.
